Do you offer next day delivery?
On selected items, next day delivery will be available. These items are our harnesses, leads, paw and nose balm and our portable food and water bottles. You can specify next day delivery at checkout.

How can I ensure the right fit for my dog?
To determine the appropriate size for your dogs harness, we recommend measuring their chest, neck, and back length. Refer to our sizing chart available on each product page to find the best fit. If you have any questions, our customer service team is available to assist you.

What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. You can initiate a return by contacting us at info@teddyknowsbest.com. Please note that certain items, such as custom products and sale items, are non-returnable.

How long does shipping take?
You will receive the Harnesses, Leads, Collars, Paw and Nose balm and Water Bottles within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment for the car seat cover and seat belt. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase required. If you select next day delivery, the item will be posted on the same day for orders before 3pm.
