Delivery Time
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 48 hours and is shipped via Royal Mail. Please note that the car seat cover and seat belt take 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Delays

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Teddy Knows Best cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
